Timeline & Process:

  • After placing an order, please provide your email address upon checkout.
  • ‍To upload your reference photo and list any other details/themes, please email me at paige@peeshi.com. This will allow me to communicate with you directly regarding your order.
  • You'll receive a notification when I start your painting
  • Each portrait takes approximately 2–3 weeks to complete (not including shipping time)
  • If your order is expected to take longer than 3 weeks, you’ll be notified right away
  • If you’d like progress photos, I’m happy to share them with you via email during the process

How fast is delivery?

Delivery times vary depending on the product and its size. If you need your order sooner, you can select the Rush Order option at checkout for an additional $15 fee. Rush orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

How soon will my order be shipped?

Prints, posters, magnets, and stickers are processed and shipped in-house within 3–5 business days. Items produced through an external partner typically arrive within about one week. Each product description notes whether it’s fulfilled in-house or outsourced.

What if my item gets
damaged in shipping?

Quality and satisfaction are very important to us! If your item is damaged during shipping or doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out to us directly at paigenicholeco@gmail.com. We’ll review the situation and find a solution on a case-by-case basis.

How do you price commissioned pieces?

Pricing for commissioned work varies depending on the estimated time required, material costs, and a set profit margin. Because each project is unique, I highly recommend requesting a price quote if you’re interested in a custom piece.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted for non-custom and non-commissioned items that arrive damaged or develop an issue within 30 days of delivery. If your order was damaged in transit or you experience a problem, please contact me within 30 days so I can make it right. Customized and commissioned pieces are final sale.
